This vacation experience was amazing and one of a kind! I enjoyed my hosts and meeting all of the guests. I would 100% love to travel with Caviar in the Air and visit Croatia again. Would you consider these things for future Croatia Itineraries, possibly a yacht with a pool & TV for movie nights, maybe a different and/or longer Itineraries for return clients who want to see other islands, and maybe a 10 or 12 day Itinerary that includes staying 2 or 3 nights in the major cities so more excursions and activities can be planned. Service & Planning Weeks before we boarded, the concierge team handled my room upgrade, restaurant wish list, and spa slots with military precision—saving me hours of back-and-forth. The private trip chat meant last-minute dining changes and Hvar sunset plans were solved in minutes, not hours. Life Onboard The mega-yacht itself is a floating boutique hotel: plush cabins, strong Wi-Fi, and more beach towels than a Ritz-Carlton pool deck. Mornings started with a generous breakfast buffet; afternoons brought multi-course lunches paired with Croatian wine and sea views. Evenings? Picture a private DJ spinning R\&B and neo-soul under Adriatic starlight. Curated Experiences Up in the Air Life swaps tourist traps for texture: tearing through Korčula on a buggy safari, savoring village–made prošek at a family winery, and toasting with bubbly as we sailed past Dubrovnik’s ancient walls. Great trip. From the accommodations to the staff, (particularly the attentive chef), the daily swim stops in incredibly clear water - the experience was amazing.
